Anyway, cut it on an angle, attach to the cupcake with a little icing, freeze for 20 mins, then dip in melted tinted icing to get the ganache look. It is really attached well, the whole thing likes to fall over but it does not fall off.
The leaves are spearmint chews rolled out then I cut and shaped them with scissors and an offset spatula.
