It's my first creation from the lab at my school! A fresh fruit tart and a three sister's cookie.
I am very excited as to how well they came out and can't wait to get back to the lab to make more and learn more.
My cooking school starts in July and in the meantime I have a cupcake class with the creator of "hello cupcake" in May. I also hope to work/intern for June with an awesome cakemaker. The time to start asking is now, and after this weekend that is becoming my first priority.
In the meantime, work and friends are keeping me busy. An exciting weekend of my 2 best friend's wedding and the festivities that come with that. More posts and photos soon!

It's the first creation, and one in a million! Treasure it forever!!
As discussed in the Interview today (5-1-08) it is important for us all to know that you won't be missed!
You have done an awesome as an all-around, and excitable teacher! Great 3 years in the job, yet another 40-50 in a better one, right?

I just found out that It was made on a Thursday, and that it was for DINNER!!! crazy, but totally awsome.
